They help to recognize and reward the hard work and dedication of employees and teams, and serve as a symbol of success and motivation for continued growth and achievement. As a local trophy shop based in Kennesaw, GA, we understand the importance of corporate awards and the impact they can have on a business. In this article, we’ll explore the different types of corporate awards and offer tips for choosing the right awards for your company.

Types of Corporate Awards:

  1. Employee of the Month Awards: Employee of the Month awards are a great way to recognize and reward individual employees for their hard work and dedication. These awards can be as simple as a certificate or a more elaborate trophy, and they can be given on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

  2. Sales Awards: Sales awards are a great way to recognize and reward employees who have exceeded their sales goals. These awards can include plaques, trophies, or other recognition items, and they can be given on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

  3. Team Awards: Team awards are a great way to recognize and reward teams for their hard work and collaboration. These awards can include plaques, trophies, or other recognition items, and they can be given for specific projects or for overall team performance.

  4. Long-Service Awards: Long-Service awards are a great way to recognize and reward employees who have been with the company for a specified period of time, such as 5, 10, or 20 years. These awards can include plaques, trophies, or other recognition items, and they can be given in conjunction with other awards or as standalone awards.

Tips for Choosing Corporate Awards:

  1. Set a Budget: The cost of corporate awards can vary widely depending on the material, size, and design. It’s important to set a budget before you start shopping and choose awards that fit within your budget.

  2. Consider the Recipient: Consider the recipient of the award when choosing the type of award and the design. Choose an award that fits the level of recognition you want to convey and that is appropriate for the recipient.

  3. Choose the Right Material: Corporate awards can be made from a variety of materials, including glass, acrylic, metal, and resin. Consider the type of award and the level of recognition you want to convey when choosing the right material.

  4. Personalize the Award: Personalizing the award is a great way to make it unique and memorable. Personalization options can include adding names, dates, and other information to the award. Consider personalizing the award to match the level of recognition you want to convey.

  5. Choose the Right Design: Corporate awards come in a variety of designs, including plaques, trophies, and medals. Consider the type of award and the level of recognition you want to convey when choosing the right design.

  6. Quality Matters: The quality of corporate awards can vary widely depending on the manufacturer and materials used. Consider the reputation of the manufacturer and the durability of the materials when choosing the right awards.

  7. Lead Time: The lead time for corporate awards can vary depending on the manufacturer, the complexity of the design, and the size of the order. Consider the lead time when planning your awards ceremony and choose a manufacturer that can deliver your awards in time for the event.

In conclusion, corporate awards are a valuable tool for recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of employees and teams.
